Say hello to our latest recruit SJ, a familiar face around FTC, who has taken the plunge to go full time as a PT. 

SJ is a REPS/CIMSPA level 3 Personal Trainer. You may have seen her little head bobbing (singing & dancing) around the gym... if > so, please join in and say hi.

If you're wondering what she does or how she can assist you: 

SJ works closely with you to provide you with the tools and knowledge that will be required to implement behaviour change, achieve goals and sustain results. Together, you will build the foundations needed to make you the strongest, healthiest and happiest version of yourself (that doesn't necessarily mean smallest either!!)

SJ is here to hold you accountable, ensure your daily and weekly targets are hit, and give you a nudge or program some down time > when needed (more doesn't always mean better).

Lucy helps people meet their goals whether thats hitting a PBS or smashing a 5k. She wants her clients to become the best version of themselves! I am a level 3 personal trainer and class instructor here at FTC!

My aim and goals are to help people achieve their desired goals and become an improved version of themselves.

As well as implementing something different into their workouts such as boxing and body conditioning.

I have always had such a passion for fitness ever since I was young, and I know how hard training can be as I have boxed for 7 years and won 2 national championships along the way.

So now I want to implement my knowledge into helping clients enjoy exercise and become a healthier and improved version of themselves!
